Does applying secure a room?
All applications await management review. Allocation is not first come, first served. Applying does not reserve or secure accommodation. Only a conditional offer from management places a temporary hold on accommodation. Final acceptance requires management approval and an attached, verified signed lease.
Does applying first give me priority?
No. Management considers applications against the accommodation requirements, intended length of stay, eligibility, supporting documents and availability. The first application does not automatically receive a room. Your preferred room remains a request until management confirms an allocation.
What do sharing rates and availability mean?
Sharing rates are per bed per month. Single-room and unit rates are per room or unit per month. Sharing roommates must be the same gender. Waiting-list applications do not reduce availability; offers and accepted allocations do. Check the selected property’s water and electricity information.
What happens after I submit?
Save or download your receipt with its reference and private access code. Use My application to check your status and update details. Email updates are sent to the address you provided. Contact Musa if you need help or lose your code. No payment is collected through this portal.
